Every Install Becomes
an Ongoing Revenue Stream

Tarkett Sports builds the world's fields, tracks, and courts. Then the relationship goes quiet until resurfacing. STYL keeps every installed facility connected and transacting, and paying you, with zero upfront cost to you or your clients.

The Blind Spot

After Installation,
The Relationship Goes Dark

You win the project, install a world-class surface, and then wait years for the next capital cycle, with no window into what happens on that surface in between.

What if every surface you've ever installed kept paying you, and talking to you?

One-Time Revenue
Project vs Recurring

Project revenue ends at handover. The facility generates activity every single day, and none of it flows back to you.

Zero Usage Visibility
Zero Insights

How intensively is each field used? Which clients are outgrowing their facilities? Today, you can't see it.

Cold Renewal Cycles
Restrictive Information

Resurfacing conversations start cold, years later, often against competitors with no more information than you.

The Partnership

Introduce. Activate. Collect.

STYL is a commerce and engagement platform for the exact organizations Tarkett already serves: schools, parks, districts, universities, municipalities, clubs and venues.

1

TARKETT INTRODUCES A CLIENT

A value-add bundled with every installation, resurfacing, or maintenance touchpoint. No selling required. Your teams simply introduce it.

2

3

TARKETT EARNS ON EVERY TRANSACTION

A recurring and compounding share on all platform revenue from every client you introduce.

App Fatigue & Enshittification

PROBLEMS WORTH SOLVING

As a service provider you can drastically decrease the amount of applications you need to effectively run your business. As an end-user you can participate in an authentic space for discovery, with no outside interference.

Click below to flip the tiles for our solutions
✘ Business App Fatigue
We are living in an era of severe organizational and institutional app fatigue, where an overload in redundant platform usage has decreased productivity up to 40% due to task-switching.

Administrators are reduced to swivel chair roles that require them to spend the bulk of their work day exporting and importing data between disparate systems.
✓ Solution: App Intrigue
STYL's comprehensive back-end infrastructure rejuvenates the processes, teams and individuals that businesses rely on.

Created as the ultimate single source of record for the management, execution, oversight and analysis behind Event Registration, Booking and E-Commerce focused businesses, it bolsters operations efficiency through consistent process flows and usability design.
✘ Consumer Enshittification
Enshittification is defined by the gradual degradation of our online lives, based on major tech companies shifting value away from you, and to the company's shareholders.

This is evident through unwarranted price hikes, overbearing advertisements, pay to play placement, reduced incentive program payouts and terms of service that continually strip Users of their online privacy and digital rights.
✓ Solution: Deshittification
STYL.inc was established to reforge authenticity and trust online. Countless revenue streams will reduce the need to sell ads and personal info to outside 3rd-parties.

It is expressly community-driven with tools to maintain a true environment devoid of bots, bad actors and AI slop content. It is also structured to display all content based on a combination of timeline and performance metrics.

The Revenue Model

How the Money Flows

STYL earns a take-rate on the transaction volume flowing through each facility. Tarkett earns a share of that platform revenue, on every client you introduce.

The Numbers

An illustrative adoption ramp across the Tarkett installed base. Each location added keeps paying every year after. The base compounds, so the share grows exponentially.

The Data Advantage

Know Every Surface
Like You Poured It Yesterday

Every booking, registration, and transaction on an installed surface generates insights only Tarkett would hold.

Utilization Intensity
Proxy for wear

Bookings per field per week is a direct proxy for wear. Predict resurfacing and maintenance timing instead of guessing.

Renewal Triggers
Usage justification

Know when a client's usage justifies the next capital project, and arrive first, with data, before any competitor calls.

Demand Mapping
Provable demand

See where organized sports participation is growing by region and segment, and aim your sales effort where demand is provable.

Segment Benchmarks
Comparative data analysis

Client Health
Enagement signals

Engagement signals after installation show which relationships are thriving and which need attention, years before an RFP.

Warranty Insight

Usage records add context to warranty and performance conversations, protecting both Tarkett and the client.

mattsoko@lifestylistic.com

For over two decades Matt has built teams to execute on forward-thinking design, marketing and technology solutions for a wide range of clients and industries. He led all global online community initiatives for Microsoft’s 1st party XBOX titles, where his team was the first to port XBOX Live’s data pool to the web in realtime for auctions, tournaments, leaderboards, etc. They were concurrently working with Verizon on a series of viral marketing campaigns set in NJ to support regional expansion, while also working with a pro surf tour in its formative stages. Their end-to-end strategy drove growth from 6 events in 4 countries, to 20 events in 15 countries in a 4 year period, where they were ultimately designated as an Olympic (IOC) surf qualifying tour.

His team built a custom event registration system for Agenda Show, the leading B2B streetwear/lifestyle trade show, and helped them scale from 5k to over 850k attendees across two acquisition periods. He was Co-Founder/COO for Accru, an online direct-to-consumer wine selling and compliance platform. He also guided wineries in expanding their club and private label offerings in the US, Italy and New Zealand. Matt was brought in to lead front-end engineering efforts for the DTCC to consolidate their portfolio of financial risk, clearing, settlement and liquidity applications. For Microsoft and DTCC, Matt was simultaneously tasked with teaching front-end coding to FTE design teams and vetted their work for quality assurance before development hand-off.

Matt is Program Director and Varsity Head Coach for Shoreline LFP Lacrosse, a K-12 non-profit. He guides fundraising in support of need-based financial assistance, and in the offseason coaches high school teams for Cityside Lax, the premier elite travel lacrosse program in the Pacific Northwest.

Matt was raised in Moorestown, NJ and graduated from Skidmore College with a Bachelor of Science in Interaction Design. He played lacrosse there and was a Liberty League Rookie of the Year nominee. Matt lives in Seattle with his wife and has a daughter who is a cellist at Skidmore College. His son is playing lacrosse at Division I Canisius University, who he had the opportuntity to coach from 2nd grade through to graduation.

JAMES TRAYNOR
CO-FOUNDER / CRO
206-979-9792
james@lifestylistic.com

James has spent nearly twenty years in the sports facility construction business, the last decade with Tarkett Sports as Northwest Sales Manager for Beynon Sports. In this role he has managed the Oregon team and has overseen the successful execution of hundreds of projects representing millions in revenue. Before Beynon, he spent nearly six years at AstroTurf, first as Project Manager for the Mountain West Region and then as Northwest Regional Sales Manager covering Washington, Oregon, and Alaska. That path, project management first and sales second, is why he approaches every job from the field side; understanding how these facilities actually get funded, procured, built, and closed out, not just how they get sold.

Today he works with school districts, municipalities, and athletic programs across Oregon and Washington on running tracks, synthetic turf, and full facility construction. James has led the entire process from early budgeting and cooperative procurement , through to installation and warranty.

James began his career in banking in Seattle, holds a bachelor’s degree in Business/Technical Management from DeVry University, and serves on the board of Bend FC, where he provides governance and strategic oversight with a focus on capital projects. A Whidbey Island native, he now lives in the Bend area with his wife, son and daughter.

JOE TRAYNOR
CO-FOUNDER / COO
206-229-6416
joe@lifestylistic.com

Joe has spent nearly two decades taking products from first sketch to certified, code-compliant reality: R&D and 3-D modeling, prototyping, third-party testing, and full-scale manufacturing. As Senior Project Manager for fire-rated testing and certification at McGrory Glass, with earlier roles at Vetrotech Saint-Gobain, Quanex Building Products, and Technical Glass Products. Along the way he built and administered the configuration systems and product databases that kept engineering, sales, and production teams working from a single accurate source of record.

Joe speaks fluently with design teams, code officials, and production floors alike, and stays current on the standards that govern the industry, including: IBC, IFC, ADA, NFPA, ASTM, and UL. Joe holds a BA in Visual Arts from the University of Washington. A South Whidbey native, he now lives in Bend, Oregon with his wife, son and daughter, and has spent years volunteering as a snowboard instructor with SOS Outreach.
